A bartender mixes and serves alcoholic beverages and other beverages to guests in bars and restaurants. A bartender must have knowledge of different varieties and brands of beer, wine and spirits. But perhaps most important of all is providing good customer service, keeping a clean work space and making sure the bar is fully stocked and ready for service.
